BigReach Learning is led by Paul Dillon, founder and Chief Learning Strategist, who spearheads the company's strategic direction and major learning initiatives. Paul has over 20 years experience in education and training. He has a background in program development and administration, project management, curriculum and materials design, and teaching. He has gained an international understanding of adult learning through extensive work and travel abroad. In particular, he spent two years working as a foreign adult education expert in the People's Republic of China, and six years managing a large adult education program in Toronto, Canada. Paul completed a Master of Education degree at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education/University of Toronto in 1993.

Daniel Ho is the founder and Managing Director of Matrix Meridian, and a founding partner of EDLS. Matrix Meridian is a well respected Toronto business consultancy specializing in the information technology issues of non-profit organizations. Through the judicious use of technology, the firm helps its clients leverage their opportunities, and provides enlightened solutions to their challenges. These solutions include large-scale learning management systems, architecture and implementation of eLearning initiatives, and extensive development using Open Source software. Daniel graduated from the University of Western Ontario, and is an active member of the Toronto Board of Trade, the IEEE, and the Project Management Institute (PMI)
